About the trial and billing
Which plan does the trial run on?
The School plan, for 30 days. We don't ask for a card and nothing is charged automatically at the end.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per month and VAT is added at the applicable rate.
How do I move from the trial to a paid plan?
Before the trial ends you get an email. Reply with the plan you want and we activate the school — everything you did during the trial stays.
What if the trial ends before I decide?
Nothing is lost. The school stays read-only until you activate it: everyone can still sign in and look, but no lessons are booked and no emails are sent.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If the school grows past its plan's limits, talk to us and we change the plan without touching the data.
